Dispatch was three people, four spreadsheets and a group chat. Loads were double-booked twice a week, and nobody could tell a customer where a truck was without making two calls.

We mapped a real dispatch day before writing a line of code, then built one load board that updates live — driver check-ins on mobile, a single status per load, and a customer tracking link that needs no login.

Double-bookings went to zero in the first month. Dispatch handles 40% more loads with the same headcount, and the tracking link cut inbound status calls by more than half.
