Do you really fix the price up front?
Yes. We write down the scope, then quote it. If the build takes longer than we estimated, that is our misjudgement and our cost. The only time the number moves is when you ask for something that was not in the scope — and then we agree the change before doing it.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. The code, the domain, the accounts, all of it. We will hand over every credential on request, including to another developer. Nothing is held hostage, ever.
Can we edit it ourselves afterwards?
That is the default. Text, images, prices, staff, blog posts — anything that changes regularly gets an editor built for it, and we sit with you until you are comfortable using it.
What if we already have a site?
We will look at it and tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing or worth replacing. Sometimes the answer is a two-day performance job rather than a rebuild, and we would rather say so than sell you a project.
How involved do we have to be?
Roughly one hour a week — a call to look at the staging link and say what is wrong. We do the rest. If you disappear for a fortnight the project waits rather than guesses.
Do you work with businesses outside your area?
Most of our clients we have never met in person. Calls, a shared staging link and a ticket system cover it. Time zones have never been the problem people expect.
