03Process

How a project actually runs.

Six steps, the same order every time. The point is that you always know where things stand without having to ask.

  1. 01

    Talk

A call, not a pitch deck. You describe the problem; we tell you honestly whether we are the right people and roughly what it costs. Free, no obligation, no follow-up sequence.

  2. 02

    Shape

We write down exactly what gets built, what it costs and when it lands — before any money moves. The price is fixed. If we underestimate, that is our problem, not your invoice.

  3. 03

    Design

You see real screens in the first week, not mood boards. We iterate on the actual thing, in the browser, on your phone, with your content in it.

  4. 04

    Build

Weekly demos on a live staging link you can share with anyone. Nothing is a surprise at the end, because you have been watching it come together the whole way.

  5. 05

    Launch

We handle the domain, the hosting, the certificates and the redirects. We are watching the graphs on launch day so you do not have to know what a redirect is.

  6. 06

    Look after

Open a ticket and a person replies — usually within four hours. Updates, fixes, hosting, and the small changes that keep the site working for years.

04How we work

Four things we do not bend on.

01

We say no

If your budget does not match the problem, or the thing you are asking for will not fix it, we say so on the first call. Turning down work we cannot do well is cheaper for everyone than proving it over three months.

02

You watch it get built

There is a live staging link from week one. You can open it on your phone, send it to your business partner, and complain about the button colour while it still costs nothing to change.

03

Nothing is locked to us

Standard tools, standard hosting, code you own outright. If you ever want to move to another developer, you send them a link and they take over. We build to be leaveable.

04

Launch is not the end

A site is a thing you own, not a thing you buy. Ours come with a ticket system, and the person who built it is the person who answers.

05After launch

Support that is a system, not a promise.

Every client gets a login to the same ticket system we run the studio on. You open a ticket, you get a reference, and you can see exactly where it stands at any time.
